Return Process

Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your shipping receipt.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.
Refund Amount
Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Exchanges
